updated annexes and data

Dear all,

please note that the annexes for Tracks 3 and 7 have been updated, you
find them as usual at evaal.aaloa.org

You also find the data for all three tracks.

For Tracks 3 and 4, which use EvaalAPI, we are testing the reloadable
trials for evaluation, we hope to publish them tomorrow.
