VPN and networking problems

Dear competitors,

I have heard that some of you that had network problems seem to have benefited from using a VPN to Italy.

So, if competitors experience network problems they could try with a VPN to Italy or some nearby country and hope that such setting improves the situation.

Please share your experience here, if you think that it can be useful to other competitors.
