Track 3 final TA and data available

Dear competitors,

we have the final Technical Annex for Track 3, together with the data.

You find everything at https://evaal.aaloa.org/2022/call-for-competitions

Prospective competitors can run the EvaalAPI code at their premises and use the data as input to set up their software, as described at https://evaal.aaloa.org/2022/software 

Additionally, prospective competitors can write to info at evaal.aaloa.org and ask for testing trial codes so they can run their software against the official EvaalAPI server.
