[evaal contest] About IPIN 2019 Track 1.

Hello.

I am ChanSeok Lee(KR), who is going to participate in IPIN 2019 Competition
track 1.

When I participated in IPIN 2017 track 1 : SmartPhone based, held in Japan,
the actor walked holding the smartphone in front of the stomach.

In IPIN 2019, Track 1's Technical Annex, At the end of the second
paragraph, you can see the sentence that "The actor is not required to keep
the phone in any specific or fixed position or orientation."

Does it mean that an actor can move his arms naturally or intentionally
with his smartphone in his hand?
