[evaal contest] providing maps of the competition area

Dear all interested in the IPIN competition,

as you can read on http://ipin2019.isti.cnr.it/venue the conference
venue is the congress palace of Pisa (Palazzo dei Congressi), Via
Giacomo Matteotti 1, 56124 Pisa (PI).

However, in the call for competition, you can read that the competition
will take place in the CNR Area of Pisa (IT).  Both the on-site Tracks
1 and 2 and the off-site Tracks 3 and 4 will take place here.

The two venues are not the same, even if they are not far from each
other.  The CNR Area is composed of office buildings and an auditorium,
