[evaal contest] status of EvAAL-ETRI competition

The 2015 EvAAL-ETRI competition in conjunction with IPIN 2015 in Banff,
Canada, will see two tracks with four competitors each:

- Smartphone based positioning
- Wi-Fi fingerprinting in large environments (off-site)

Subscription to the competition is still open, so please consider
spreading the word and inviting more teams to participate.
