[evaal contest] some clarifications for track 1

Here are some answers to competitors' questions about Track 1
(smartphone based):

We are providing maps (soon), but not AP locations.  However,
competitors have at least one full day for surveying the area themselves
however thay wish, provided nothing is installed oint he premises.

Detailed program to be provided soon.

The starting location will be disclosed at least half an hour before the
competitions starts, coordinates will be provided.

You have a whole day for doing whatever you wish, provided you don't
install anything in the area.

The actor will keep the phone in hand, usually looking at the screen,
because a button must be pressed when passing over the markers on the
floor.  The actor will keep the phone in hand all the time, generally
with the screen looking upwards, but without any guarantee of a precise
position.
