[evaal contest] [localization track] IMPORTANT - Update of integration package

Dear Competitors,

There have been some changes we had to make to the internal 
representation of data going through the universAAL buses. This DOES NOT 
affect the interfaces (nor the java interface nor the socket, protocols 
are still the same). But it is required for competitors to update the 
binary files.

- For competitors using the socket interface.

just download again the SocketServer (from 
https://svn.aaloa.org/projects/evaal/Editions/Ed2012/LocationTrack/SDK-ev12/SocketServer.zip)


- For competitors using the Java Interface

if you are using Maven you should already be updated (but you can make 
sure Maven is updated executing "mvn install -U" or by disabling "Do not 
automatically update dependencies from remote repositories" in the Maven 
preferences from eclipse ).

if you are not using Maven, make sure you reload all provided jars.
