[evaal contest] invitation to collect intermediate data

Further to my previous email, we received confirmation form the iLoc
team that they already log available data for this purpose and that they
can offer them to the EvAAL organisers together with a description of
their meaning.

We thank the iLoc team and we hope that other teams will do the same, so
that we can collect and publish as many significant data as possible.
