Track 1: "Smartphone-based"

Dear all,
my name is Dimitris Xenakis (PhD student at Bern University) and I would
like to ask regarding the IPIN19 competition (or even the previous ones) and
specifically for the Track 1: "Smartphone-based" case. Were contestants
allowed to use every single sensor on the smartphone, including cameras too?
Or would that fall under Track 2?
