[evaal contest] Tracks 1 & 2 - georeferenced maps and usable areas

Dear competitors of tracks 1 & 2,

for your convenience, we have updated
<http://evaal.aaloa.org/2016/tracks-1-2-info> to include coloured maps
of the usable areas, in addition to the textual description that was
already present.

This is a direct link to the maps:
<http://evaal.aaloa.org/images/2016/maps/georeferenced-maps.zip>

The maps are in TIFF format, and contain georeferenced Qgis info.

Remember that your program must output coordinates in WGS84 format, as
specified in the Track 1 and Track 2 formats.
