[evaal contest] IPIN 2016 competition track 1 open questions

Dear all,

Since our approach is using the floor map and AP positions to do the 
localization, we're still waiting for the answers of
"which part of the build will be used during the competition, and 
what're the locations of the APs that are deployed in those area".

We have to generate a scaled map from 
http://evaal.aaloa.org/2016/tracks-1-2-info
Therefore, in case you have some updates from the local organizers, 
please let us know.
