[evaal contest] adjustments to last-day scehdule of EvAAL

Dear competitors and evaluators,

in the Competitors Rsources page at
<http://evaal.aaloa.org/current-competition/instruction> we added a
section about last-minute clarifications and changes.

We added a correction about the word "random" improperly used in the
technical annex when speaking about Areas of Interest.  This is the text
we added:

|In the Annex - Test procedure, we wrote "Each system is requested to
|identify 5 Areas of Interest. The actor will move along random paths
|and will stop in each AoI for 30 seconds."  In fact, "random" should be
|changed to "predefined and equal for all competitors".
