[evaal info] Inquiry about Deadline for Track 3

Dear Qinghong,

The deadline you are referring to is the deadline for submitting the
application form to participate in the competition. Your team already
completed this step in July, so there is no need to worry about this
deadline in your case.
If any other potential team wishes to participate in the competition, the
deadline to submit the application form is September 14th.

Please bear in mind that all teams must use the EvAALAPI to participate in
the competition. We have also provided dedicated testing trials for all
teams to be used in our servers. We strongly recommend that you test your
positioning system using our dedicated servers to ensure that everything
works correctly by September 24, this would avoid most of the issues that
may appear during the competition. Also, we provide two servers in two
geographical areas, please check both and select the most convenient one
for your location and network configuration.

The online competition will take place between September 28 and 30. We will
announce the exact date and time for every team and track in the coming
days.
