we have a new EvaalAPI server in Japan, at http://52.195.88.215/evaalapi/

If you have problems with the other two servers at

https://evaal.aaloa.org/evaalapi (Italy)
http://120.77.98.217/evaalapi/ (Hong Kong)

pleasa have a try with the new one.
