Question about track 1

Dear track 1 chairs,

This is Hyunwoong Kang and I am participating in track 1 as a member of the
team SNU NESL.
I am writing this email since as far as I know, I should write to the whole
mailing list to ask questions.

As Mr. Chanseok Lee already has questioned about, it says that “The actor
can move his/her arms and body naturally”.

Does that mean that the actor can also swing his/her arm with which he/she
is holding the smartphone while walking?
