[evaal contest] IPIN indoor positioning competition Track 1

Zhongliang,

I confirm that the AP positions are not available, and that you will be
free to survey the area by yourself (with our assistance, if needed)
during hte whole day before the competition.

Specifically, all the competitions areas (the complete building of the
Engineering School -corridors and halls) will be open from 3rd of
October, 2016. The open time is usually from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm.  The
area is accessible for anyone (as it is for students).

Some people from Track 1 and 2 will be in charge of guiding the
competitors in their survey, if they wish.
