[evaal contest] EvAAL on-site tracks - first georeferenced map

Dear competitors of on-site tracks,

I have uploaded the first georeferenced map.

The archive at <http://evaal.aaloa.org/files/quoted-maps-evaal-2015.zip>
includes a PNG file quoted with three WGS84 quoted points and an
equivalent TIFF file that can be read directly into Qgis, setting the
project coordinates to WGS84.
