[evaal contest] Short paper camera-ready & copyright release

Hello Kyle

Thanks you very much, I indeed see that the upload link is available and
that my registration is linked.

However, I still cannot download the copyright release form. Is this not
required for the short papers?

I have another question which may interest all the mailing list: is the
full paper regarded as an extension of the short paper, in the sense that
we can reuse material from the short paper in the full paper?
