[evaal contest] [Localization track] Actual days of the Localization track

Dear competitors,


given the amount of competitors we can reduce the actual days of the 
competition to three.
For practical reasons we have decided to schedule the benchmarks during 
the last three days of the week, that is: 3rd, 4th and 5th of July.

We will communicate the actual scheduling for each team, but if you have 
any strong preference or some obstacle, please tell us so that we take 
it into consideration.
