[evaal contest] ATTENTION -- Free AAL Forum registration

Dear Teams,

We are happy to announce that EvAAL competitors will have free 
registration for the whole program conference.
I apologise for the late announcement, and I hope nobody is already 
registered.
In case contact me via email.

In order to have a special pass we need to know the number and name of 
the people attending the AAL Forum.
We got a special discount and EvAAL will pay the registration of one 
person from each team for the whole conference.
Another mail will be sent by the TPC chairs to collect your data.
I kindly ask you to promptly react to this request.
I guess we can change the list of the names at a later stage.
