[evaal contest] contribution to AAL forum expenses for competitors

Dear competitors,

on behalf of the EvAAL steering board, I am glad to announce that the
universAAL consortium agreed upon a partial reimbursement of competitors
expenses for participating to the AAL forum.

Individual contributions will be for one person, will be generally
limited to 800€, may be limited to travel, meals and lodging expenses
and will be subject to presentation of receipts.  Competitors will be
individually contacted for defining the administrative details.

Please react soon: subscribe to the AAL forum as soon as possible and
give confirmation of your presence to the AAL forum on this list.
