[evaal contest] EvAAL - refinement of evaluation procedures and criteria

Dear competitors,

 

Please find attached the document that describes the refinement of the
evaluation procedures and criteria, and the Annex 1 that reports specific
information about the Areas of Interest and a example of a possible path to
be used during the competition.

 

This document is very important since it describes what you will find at the
competition and it give instruction about the timing. So please read it
carefully and, please, acknowledge explicitly the reception of this e-mail
by sending me an e-mail.

 

Please NOTE THAT the competition at the living lab in Valencia WILL NOT BE
organized as a conference with a plenary meeting, because the plenary
meeting will be held at the EvAAL Workshop that will come along with the AAL
Forum in Lecce, Italy (26-28 September 2011). At the EvAAL workshop the
competitors will present their work to the other competitors (each
competitor will make his speech over there) and the EvAAL committee will
nominate the winner.
