For BLE fingerprinting, the system uses the offline trials as training data to train a machine learning-based regressor. For the PDR estimation engine, the acc, gyu, mgf and gyu_drift measures are synchronised to calculate the angular velocity of the trajectory. The BLE predictions are leveraged to correct the drifting and misdirection of the PDR estimations. Finally, the BLE and PDR estimations are fused together to generate the final positioning prediction.
