NLOS identification and mitigation has been a popular research topic in the field of UWB localization. A number of methods have been proposed to improve localization accuracy. Our method is considering both noise and NLOS range errors, the range estimates between anchors and the node can be modeled as two types, then we use Fully convolutional network for classification and Residual network for regression respectively. Finally, we use the Kalman Filter for localization estimation.
