NLOS identification and mitigation have been a popular research topic in UWB localization. Considering both noise and NLOS range errors, we build the model of the range estimates between anchors and the node. Then, we use the fully convolutional network(FCN) for classification and the Regression-Residual network(ResNet) for regression. Finally, we use the Kalman filter algorithm to estimate distance.
