It includes the following schemes: an activity recognition algorithms, an adaptive zero velocity update algorithm, a straight-line pseudo measurement based kalman filter algorithms, a dynamic time warping algorithm for magnetic fingerprint matching and the IMU-PDR and GNSS position fusion algorithms. The activity recognition algorithm is used to detect the changes of motion pattern. The feature used in the activity recognition includes the mean and variance of acceleration, gyroscope, magnetic field and incline signals. The adaptive zero velocity update algorithm is applied to detect the heel-touching-ground event in a gait cycle. The straight-line pseudo measurement based kalman filter algorithm is designed to reduce the heading error drift. The dynamic time warping algorithm for magnetic fingerprint matching is employed to find out the repeated trajectory. When the GNSS signal is reliable, the IMU-PDR and GNSS position fusion algorithm is used to reduce the accumulative error. [references]
