Dear competitors,<br>

we published the technical specifications of the StepLogger
application for competitors of EvaAAL 2015.<br>
<br>
The technical specifications describe:<br>
<br>
1- the StepLogger application that will be used for the measurement
sessions<br>
2- how to log the location of the target user that is computed by
the apps of the competitors<br>
3- a simple demo application named StepLoggerClient that can be used
as template<br>
