IPIN competition deadline approaching

The deadline for submitting results and formal registering with payment
is less than one week away, on Monday 30.

Here is a summary:

- teams are still in time to apply for subscription to the competition
- subscribed teams must submit their results by 30 November
- teams must register and pay by 30 November
- final event on 14 December, with presentations and prize awarding
