important communications to all attendees of IPIN competition in Pisa

Dear on-site track competitors, track chairs and onlookers of the IPIN
competition during Saturday 28 and Sunday 29,

here are some practical information and requests to ALL ATTENDEES,
please READ CAREFULLY and ANSWER where requested.


For everyone attending the competition:
=======================================

1) IMPORTANT: in order to grant you access to the CNR Area in Pisa where
   the competition takes place, we need your name, so that the guard at
   the entrance will let you in.  If you are a competitor, a track chair
   or an onlooker, please send your name and telephone number name by
   Monday 23 to Paolo Barsocchi (in copy)

2) everyone who is granted access to the CNR Area is entitled to a lunch
   offered by the ISTI institute of CNR (https://www.isti.cnr.it/) on
   Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 by the CNR Area canteen

3) everyone who is granted access to the CNR Area can bring a car inside
   during Saturday and Sunday; if you want to profit from this
   possibility, please let Paolo Barsocchi (in copy) know in advance, as
   soon as possible

4) for emergencies, you find my phone number in my email signature.  I
   can be reached via Skype (preferred), Telegram, Wechat or Whatsapp


For competitors only:
=====================

1) you have the option of bringing a poster in portrait A0 format and
   have it exposed in the poster area of the conference; this is a new
   possibility that was not advertised before.  If you choose to do so,
   you should bring the poster at the conference site and hand it to the
   staff for exposing it in the poster area.  Then, you should stay by
   your poster during the poster sessions indicated in the program at
   http://ipin2019.isti.cnr.it/program

2) if you have not already done so, please send your track chair the
   info we are publishing at http://evaal.aaloa.org/2019/competitors
   that is: Team name, Corresponding author name and affiliation,
   Description of your system (80-120 words) and optional Logo.  See for
   example http://evaal.aaloa.org/2017/competitors to get an idea of the
   final result.
