[evaal contest] smudged maps now available

Dear all,

I have now uploaded smudged images of the area where the competition
takes place for the online Tracks 1 and 2 and the offline Tracks 3 and
4.

We plan to publish detailed maps after the deadline for submitting
results of Track 4 has expired.  In the meantime, competitors can ask
the detailed and georeferenced maps to the relative Track chairs.
