[evaal contest] About Track 1's Software problem.

Hello.

I am ChanSeok Lee(KR), who is going to participate in IPIN 2019 Competition
track 1.

I downloaded the file, StepLogger and StepLoggerClient.

It's working on the environment that SdkVersion 21, gradle:2.2.0.

But when I import your project at latest version, skdVersion 29, gradle
3.4.1

There is some error in aidl that
"ERROR: Process 'command
'C:\Users\ckstj\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk\build-tools\29.0.0\aidl.exe''
finished with non-zero exit value -1073741819"

How can I resolve this problem?

I have to use old version?
