[evaal contest] [Localization track] technical integration

Dear competitors,

I am the chair of the Indoor Localization track that will be held in 
Madrid the first week of July.

In order to speed up the formalities and the technical integration:

1) I would like to ask you if you need any document/invitation letter 
for getting the visa to Spain (for those outside of the EU)

2) In order to compete you will need to make a simple SW integration 
with our evaluation system. The details are written here: 
http://evaal.aaloa.org/current-competition/livinglab2013-localization

During the next month there will be some possible slight change to the 
documentation and the SW, but nothing that will affect the basic 
technologies and the API, so I would recommend to take a look at it as 
soon as possible.

Would you require any help I will be more than happy to help you.
