Dear competitors,

EvAAL is meant to be a scientific event, and one of our aims is to
provide the scientific community with real data to be studied and
possibly used to check existing methods or devise new methods of
localisation and activity recognition.

This is the reason why it is so important that all teams provide
internal data in a format that is usable and appropriate metadata that
make it clear what is the internal data origin and meaning. This is so
important that we have put it as a condition for participating to the
competition:

| provide the organizers with the internal data produced by their
| systems during the competition as will be specified by the reviewers;
| provide the documentation describing the deployment of their system,
| as requested by the organizers: the data will be published on the
| EvAAL website.

In order to have a clear view of the data the competing teams should
provide, the Dataset Management chair Juan Pablo Lázaro prepared a
questionnaire that the TPC chairs sent to all the teams. The
questionnaires should be sent back in due time: July 22 as far as
the activity recognition track is concerned, July 25 as far as the
localization and tracking track is concerned.

Again, please note that answering the questionnaire in due time and
providing the requested data during the competition is a condition for
participation.
